This is a scam which posts fake or disturbing profiles & you have no way of browsing! They only let you see the profiles they select! IT’S TERRIBLE, DON’T JOIN THIS!

I have yet to have a match in the same state as where I live and not one of their so called matches will reply to me.When I requested a refund I received a runaround and still don’t have the information I need to get a refund from them.

The worst that ive ever got to experience. From people quality, unfriendliness of the app, unfiltered offensive profiles, blank profiles, profiles totally opposite of what you ask or hope for. Question is, everyone’s complaining about the same things, all true, but how can we solve the issue, at least if we lost the money others won’t. Could they be banned? It was the only transaction my CC asked me to confirm this purchase… go figure. Couple of weeks into it n already anxious how could i cancel successfully n erase the profile…who owns this company n what makes their practice legal?

Don’t waste your time. This site is offering up singles that do not even live close to me. This morning I got a match that lived 366 miles away. Most of the matches that how up are in states next to mine. I cancelled.

This site is a complete rip off and there was absolutely nothing special about the platform or the matches. Many employ profiles, was unable to control the distance (minimum is 50 miles!). Customer service refused to address my concerns and instead just kept sending me useless advice, such as I should ask matches to upload photos! I don’t think so.

First of all, they scam you to sign up, tell you that you have a time period to cancel. You can’t cancel or delete the account. There is no one in your radius to date. You can’t select filters to keep people from other countries or provinces messaging you or old men for that matter. Password never worked. You would have to re-set it every time. You can’t even delete their account. There are sooo many technical issues. This app is a piece of crap.

This is such a joke… after they ask you all the questions, they match you with smokers, drinkers and on and on. All the things you said you don’t want. And what about site: most of the people have high school diploma. Not to mention the scams: 2,3 a day! Stay away! These people have 3 subscribers and they rotate them in the match page.

I feel like a moron for paying for a 6 month membership without reading reviews first! This site is awful. So expensive to be shown a few hand picked singles each day without being able to search through profiles yourself. Absolute waste of time.

Avoid like the plague. Terrible service not clear terms.

Wish I had read reviews, I paid and shortly after never went back in. Customer service non existant would never revisit or certainly would not recommend!! Customer service ignored my requests comments about age bracket and kept sending profiles of men ten years older, waste of money!!!

The app and website are UNBELIEVABLY UNRELIABLE. Zero customer support. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Fake profile, site app dose not work. A lot of The men are not real, they kept trying to match me with men from other countries. The free sites are way better. Don’t waste your time and money on this site.
